Where you find pecan trees, you will find the yuyum, also known as the oriole in Algonguin legend. Our Yuyum Pecan Porter is brewed with toasted pecans in the mash and brown sugar and molasses are added during the boil to lend sweetness to balance the dryness of the pecans. We then add vanilla beans in secondary to bring all of the flavors together and produce a very dark, extremely smooth robust Pecan Porter. Available December through February – always a toasty treat!
